Stronghold - smart coffee roasters

Stronghold smart roasters are here to revolutionize coffee roasting. In 2020 Stronghold celebrated their 10th anniversary. The S7 Pro employs unique features like auto-replication, precise control over halogen radiation and online sharing of roast profiles. And on top of that, it operates fully electrical. The way forward for a carbon neutral coffee future.

It’s also the official machine for the World Coffee Roasting Championship. And perfect as a shop-roaster. A must-try, which Benelux customers can do in our store in Belgium, as we are the Benelux distributor.
Booking an appointment will soon be available through our website, but because of the covid19-restrictions only online appointments for roasting sessions will be available.

Tower drum sensor

Placed inside the 5 layer drum structure, it measures temperature of the drum wall in contact with the beans.

Halogen lamps

Radiation heat emitted from the halogen lamps directly penetrates the beans and allows uniform heating even at the core.

Tower drum structure

5 layer insulated steel drum structure is designed to readily react to heat controls and minimize heat loss with superior quality and durability.

Internal sensor

Placed at the bottom, it measures internal temperature and the bean temperature while roasting.

Hot air sensor

Measures temperature of the hot air blown into the drum.

Tower drum (stirring wing structure)

Minimizes heat loss by rotating stirring wings inside the vertical drum rather than rotating the drum itself.

Cooling fan

Cools the discharged beans by absorbing air through the bean. It takes 1.5 – 2 minutes to reach room temperature.

Hot air blower

Hot air is blown into the drum and circulated evenly throughout the beans.

Exhaust sensor

Measures exhaust temperature out of the drum.

Collects the chaff into the chaff box.

Next up in Europe: the S9X (maximum bean input 8kg)!
