The 2 variables that have the biggest impact on your coffee are the coffee beans and the water you use to make the coffee. With Lotus Water you can develop your own water composition to bring out the desired flavors in your coffee and reduce the less desirable flavors.
The kit contains 4 ingredients: Sodium, Magnesium , Calcium and Potassium. The Lotus recipes allow you to discover the different flavors of one coffee by changing the mineral balance and alkalinity of your water.
You add these minerals to demineralized water. With Zero Water (coming soon) you can also remove all unwanted particles from tap water.
Each kit contains enough minerals to make 450 liters of mineralized water.
