COL: La Muralla

La Muralla is een groep van jonge producenten in één van Huila's meest zuidelijke gemeenten, San Agustín, die samen microlots uitbrengen. Osito zag onmiddellijk hun potentieel en startte al snel met hen een samenwerking op om deze jonge generatie te ondersteunen. Sommige van die eerste producenten maken vandaag nog steeds deel van hun kern uit. 

Gemiddeld is La Muralla de jongste groep van producenten met wie Osito samenwerkt, waarvan de meeste late twintigers zijn. Zij brengen hun energie en passie voor hoge kwaliteit specialty koffie mee aan tafel.

• Variety: Caturra, Castillo, Colombia, Pink Bourbon, 100% Arabica
• Altitude: 1700-1900masl
• Processing: washed
• Notes: orange zest, goldenberry, raisin, cacaonibs
• Quantity: 250 gr or 500 gr beans
• Our coffee bags are 100% recyclable, produced CO2-neutral and can be disposed of in the plastic waste (in Belgium: PMD-bag). Also check out our CoffeeVac containers, which we sell to shop without the use of packaging from us. When using this system (only possible for pick up- or personal delivery-orders), you save a discount per order.

Foremost, we choose to supply beans. After 15 minutes the aromas of ground coffee are gone. We can grind on request, but it is not something we offer as standard. More info you can find on our blog!
