The Sofi 72 is a modern update of the classic South Indian filter.
This 72mm filter is made of stainless steel and can work with doses of 15 to 25g of coffee. The result is a concentrate that can be diluted to filter coffee strength, or mixed with (alternative) milk as an alternative to espresso.
The Sofi consists of 3 parts, a filter, lid and reservoir. Use the included rubber band so you don't burn yourself. Also included is a WDT tool designed by jkim_makes.
