The Flair Classic is the cheapest solution for demanding home baristas. There is no other machine in this price range that makes such a good espresso.
But sometimes you want to make several doppios (double espresso) in quick succession, or you are experimenting with new beans, or a different recipe…
Then it is useful to be able to quickly put 2 shots in succession.
For this we recommend purchasing either an extra portafilter or this complete Second Shot Kit.
The portafilter is almost maintenance free, just knock out the puck, rinse with water and dry.
