Preheating the Flair Brew Chamber and (to a lesser extent) the portafilter is important to guarantee a good extraction. The rule is, the lighter the roast, the higher your brewing temperature should be.
This temperature strip gives a good indication of how hot the brew chamber is.
Suitable for both the NEO and Pro2 models.
Details: - Stickable temperature strip for all Flair machines, such as the NEO and PRO2. - Range: 70 to 100°C. - Display in Fahrenheit and Celsius. - Green is the actual measured temperature, blue is lower, brown is higher. - Adhesive has a lifespan of 2 years if applied correctly on a clean surface.
