There are different types of coffee filters, but it would be wrong to think that they are all the same and that it will not affect your coffee. This Cafec ABACA filter paper has a 2-sided crepe layer! These can be produced by Cafec through their original 'Air-through dry' method. With the extra stability that this layer gives on both sides, a good air layer can be maintained between the paper and the dripper, so that the water can flow through at an ideal speed.
